Who we are
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
If you contact us via the form provided on our Contact page or write a comment on the Blog, you are required to fill out your Name and Email Address at a minimum. The former is necessary in order for HandsFaceGrace to know how to refer to you, and the latter is necessary so that, in the case of the Contact form, we know which address we shall respond to you on, and in the case of the Blog, we are able to deal with and respond to abuse and spam effectively.
If both the Name and Email Address appear to be valid, the data you send through a Contact form is sent directly to firstname.lastname@example.org, and the comment you submit may or may not display on the blog post at the discretion of the administrator.
Who we share your data with
We have no intentions to share data with anyone unless it is necessary to do so for administrative, legal, or security reasons, or you have given us clear written permission.
How long we retain your data
Any comment you write on the Blog and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Contact form submissions
Credentials you enter in the form when you contact us – the Name and Email Address at least, as well as the Subject and Message if you chose to provide them – are held under further notice. This ensures we are able to respond to you, and to keep track of prior communications.
What rights you have over your data
If you have posted comments or contacted us, you can request to receive an exhaustive list of the personal data we know we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
