Who we are
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
If you contact us via the form provided on our Contact page, you are required to fill out your Name and Email Address at a minimum. The former is necessary in order for HandsFaceGrace to know how to refer to you, and the latter is necessary so that we know which address we shall respond to you on. If both of these appear to be valid, the data you send through this form is submitted directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who we share your data with
We have no intentions to share data with anyone unless it is necessary to do so for administrative, legal, or security reasons, or you have given us clear written permission.
How long we retain your data
Although we are not currently taking comments on the Blog, any comment you did write there and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Contact and petition forms
Credentials you enter in the form when you contact us – the Name and Email Address at least, as well as the Subject and Message if you chose to provide them – are held under further notice. The same applies if and when you signed the petition form while it was available. This ensures we are able to respond to you, and to keep track of prior communications.
What rights you have over your data
If you have posted comments, contacted us or were one of those who signed the petition form, you can request to receive an exhaustive list of the personal data we know we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
On the petition form there was a checkbox with the label ‘I wish to receive further communications from HandsFaceGrace’. If you ticked that while adding your signature but would now like to withdraw your consent from further emails and other interactions, we will honour any request to do so as soon as possible.
